SHRM Jacksonville has several business partner packages available, providing business partners with a choice of exposure related to financial commitment.

Participating as a business partner at a SHRM Jacksonville Chapter Meeting or Special Event can take you straight to your target market and demonstrate your level of support and commitment to the HR profession.

Annual Partnership Package

Choose any of the A la Carte packages listed in this packet to total your partnership amount. A portion of your partnership (10%) will be donated to the SHRM Foundation in your company name. Non-Profits receive a 30% discount.

 Here are some examples on how you can maximize your marketing budget!

Example: You have $5,000 in marketing dollars. You may choose two (2) People Manager Trainings at $750 each ($1,500), three (3) Chapter Meetings at $650 each ($1,950), two (2) Exclusive E-blasts to membership ($600) and 1 month of social media advertisement. The remaining portion, $500, will be donated to the SHRM Foundation on behalf of your organization.

Example: You have $10,000 in marketing dollars. You may choose two (2) People Manager Trainings at $750 each ($1,500), four (4) Chapter Meetings at $650 each ($2,600), an Annual Social Media Package ($500), Website Banner Ad for 8 Months ($800), 6 exclusive E-blasts to membership ($1,800), and six (6) Full Page Ads in the e-Newsletter ($1,800). The remaining portion, $1,000, will be donated to the SHRM Foundation on behalf of your organization.

Graphics Requirements

SHRM Jacksonville offers a unique opportunity to highlight your business or service in our bi-monthly e-Newsletter, E-blasts to membership, and social media in addition to other marketing venues. SHRM Jacksonville publications reach over 600 members monthly. You can instantly reach decision makers who give advice to other decision makers and who purchase your products.

e-NEWSLETTER DISTRIBUTION MONTHS: The e-Newsletter will be distributed on the following months - JAN, MAR, MAY, JUL, SEP, and NOV.

e-NEWSLETTER ADVERTISEMENT: Based on your selected level, you will be able to place an ad in our e-Newsletter. This ad needs to be provided no later than the 15th of the month prior to distribution for inclusion in the e-Newsletter. Logos, pictures, ads, and other graphics should be submitted as high-resolution files.

SHRM Jacksonville accepts color ads! Payment required in advance. As a reminder, logo graphic and advertisement information (if applicable to your partner level) MUST BE SUBMITTED BY the 15th of the month prior to distribution in order to be included in the bi-monthly e-Newsletter.

LOGO FOR WEBSITE/CHAPTER AGENDA: As a Business Partner, you can also have your logo placed on the front page of the SHRM Jacksonville Website (rotating spot) and logo placed in the Chapter Meeting/Event agenda. When the rotating business partner banner is clicked, it brings members directly to the company profile page or a dedicated URL. This must be a JPG and no larger than 152 pixels wide by 92 pixels high. Please upload or email your logo even if you’ve done so previously to ensure SHRM Jacksonville has the most current version of your company’s information.

Ads and logos should be uploaded or emailed to sponsorships@shrmjax.org and should be at least 300dpi and a CMYK file. Acceptable formats are PDF, EPS, TIF or JPG. RGB files will be converted to CMYK and we are not responsible for color shifts. Please see the description of the ad size above based on your selected level.

Online Registration & Payment Processing

SHRM Jacksonville has made it convenient for Business Partners to process payments online and upload all necessary documents to be showcased at events and online!

Online Payment Processing: Click here to select your commitment information to include uploading your logo and advertisement in addition to submitting the names and contact information for your company representatives that will be staffing your table. If you don't have the names available at time of payment processing, contact the Business Partner Chair via email at sponsorships@shrmjax.org  and provide them.
