Authentic at Work: Myth or Reality?

Program Description

In the midst of a global pandemic and heightened awareness of racial injustice, persons from marginalized identity groups are reporting to the workplace with unique challenges. Are employees able to be genuine while at work? This workshop is designed to provide practical principles that honor the unique identities and experiences individuals hold and to foster supportive and engaging environments that promote success.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Develop an understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion
  2. Discuss the challenges and rewards of being authentic at work
  3. Acquire skills that promote equitable environments and lead to success
