Control What You Can: A Mindset Shift to Adapt to Change

Program Description

According to the American Psychiatric Association, 59% of Americans feel coronavirus is having a serious impact on their day-to-day lives. Collectively we are all experiencing a lack of control in some area of our lives, whether it is an employer receiving new federal regulations which impact the day-to-day business operations of the workforce, employees work-life and home-life being intertwined with the increasing numbers of Americans working from home or life, in general, to travel abroad freely, attend after-work happy hour festivities to socialize with colleagues, or taking a leisurely stroll with family at the beach or park. Universally and especially in this climate, it is more important than ever, to be a chameleon to adapt to change in our work-life and home-life.

In this web-based presentation, you and your workforce will:

  • Assess your level of adaptability using the Adaptability Quotient (AQ)
  • Gain knowledge of the 8 dimensions of adaptive performance
  • Learn a mindset shift strategy utilizing Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
  • Discover practical solutions to adapt to universal life stressors
