Program Description

Health and welfare programs serve as core building blocks of your organization. They are used to attract and retain working talent as well as create employee engagement. Creating and maintaining a best-in-class benefits administration program is vital to your success during these times and you need a reliable servicing platform to execute. As part of this session, we will take a closer look at communications and change management and how to engage employees about benefits year-round.

The 50/50 Drawing is a fun way to donate to the SHRM Foundation! During each SHRM Jacksonville sponsored online event, for each raffle "ticket" sold to event attendees, their name will be entered into a drawing. The winner of the drawing will receive 50% of the proceeds in the form of an electronic gift card. The remaining proceeds are donated to the SHRM Foundation. For in-person events only, 25% of proceeds are given to a local SHRM Student Chapter featured on the day of the event.
