Donna Cutting, CSP is the Founder and CEO (Chief Experience Officer) of Red-Carpet Learning Systems Inc.  She leads a team of Customer Service experts that help organizational leaders build a service culture and provide tools and training to help service providers engage employees to deliver an outstanding customer experience.  Also an in demand Keynote Speaker, Donna is the author of two books on customer service including “501 Ways to Roll Out the Red Carpet for Your Customers,” (Career Press, 2015) and “The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red Carpet Customer Service” (Wiley, 2008)

Also an actress and avid theatre-goer, Donna is on the board of North Carolina Stage Company and President of the Board for the Immediate Theatre Project. She lives in Asheville, North Carolina with her husband Jim and their rescue dogs Moxie & Tonks.
