Learning Objectives:

This session will help HR leaders and practitioners:

  1. Why the keys of Willingness and Action are paramount to realistic and sustainable change
  2. Why Emotional Connections should be encouraged and enhanced to build trust, loyalty and longevity
  3. How and when to give yourself credit for a job well done, (admit it you don’t do that very much

 

 

This activity has been approved for one (1) Professional Development Credit (PDC) by SHRM and one (1) HR (General) credit with the HR Certification Institute.

About the Speaker

John is an award-winning author, consultant and speaker, with over 30 years’ experience as an executive and entrepreneur. John is recognized internationally as an expert in organizational wellness. His programs help individuals reduce stress and organizations become more positive, productive.

John’s book The Daily Six has been a worldwide success for individuals and organizations trying to become more positive and productive. The Daily Six was awarded the Best Book award from USA BookNews.

John started built, ran and sold five companies in the Washington DC area, founding his first company in the Washington, DC area at the age of 30. After serving on the boards of over 50 regional and national non-profits, in 1988, John also received a “Presidential Letter of Commendation” for his commitment to service to both his community and fellow man.

The Daily Six allows individuals and their organizations to think and work much more effectively together and develop a more positive culture through a mutual commitment of the success of each other and keeps the focus on the three keys of communication, connection and inclusion.
