The Diversity and Workforce Readiness Committee’s goals are to provide HR professionals in the Jacksonville chapter with information to help them insure that their organizations:
• Develop a workforce that has the skills, competencies and behaviors in order to succeed in today’s and tomorrow’s workplace.
• Provide tools that maximize the potential of today and tomorrow’s workforce by helping individuals to develop their skills to become more competitive in our local and global economy. .
• Achieve balance between organizational fit and diversity through information and education.
